STRATEGI GURU DALAM MEMBANGUN KARAKTER PESERTA DIDIK DI MTS PONDOK PESANTREN AR- RAHMAN PALEMBANG DALAM MENDUKUNG PROFIL PELAJAR PANCASILA
This study aims to determine teacher strategies in building the character of students at MTS Ar-Rahman Islamic Boarding School Palembang in supporting the Pancasila Student Profile. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, sampling in this study used purposive sampling techniques. Data collection using documentation, interview, and observation techniques. Test the validity of data using credibility test techniques, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. Data analysis uses data reduction techniques, data presentation, and data verification. Based on the data analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the teacher's strategy in building the character of students at MTS Ar-Rahman Islamic Boarding School Palembang in supporting the Pancasila Student Profile namely: 1) learning, by integrating the character values of the Pancasila Student Profile into learning materials, learning activities, and projects, 2) through example, the teacher sets an example of behaving and behaving well, 3) doing habituation, getting used to applying courtesy and following routine activities, 4) punishment, providing constructive punishment, 5) Reflect, the teacher manages the results of learning evaluation, gives praise, receives suggestions and input. This strategy is implemented with the support and cooperation of the madrasah, teachers, and the madrasah environment.
