This research aims to produce interactive learning media based on Augmented Reality (AR) with the help of Canva on Pancasila Education subject that is valid, practical, and has a potential effect on the students' active learning at SMA Negeri 3 Palembang. The development method used in this research was the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. The validation tests of this Augmented Reality (AR) based learning media with the help of Canva were carried out by three experts, namely media, material and language experts. The validation results from media experts obtained 96.8% which was categorized as very valid, the material expert validation obtained 95% which was categorized as very valid, and the validation by language experts obtained 79.1%, which was categorized as valid. The results of the practicality test carried out at the one-to-one evaluation trial stage obtained 100% that falled in the very practical category and then the small group trial stage obtained 98.8% that falled in the very practical category. Furthermore, the results of testing the potential effects of the product at the field test stage showed that the first observation (before) obtained a result of 10.1% which was in the very poor category, then the second observation (after) obtained a result of 69.6% which was in the good category. Therefore, the average obtained was 79.7% with the category of good learning activity. Based on these results, it can be concluded that interactive learning media based on Augmented Reality (AR) with the help of Canva is declared valid, practical, and has a potential effect on students' active learning.
