PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang is a company engaged in providing water supply services. Currently PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang has used information technology in operations, namely an appeal application that helps employees in the billing and arrears section inprocessing customer information and data, but the information technology application of appeals has a display that is quite complicated, making it difficult for users. In meeting the needs of these employees, design a design that is directed to the designofthe interface display so that it can increase the functionality of employee performance by using the Design Thinking method. The interface design design was designed with a prototypeto help billing and arrears section employees in using the applicationwith easy-to-understand features that can minimize errors in operating the appeal application. The results of this study were in the form of interface design and testing through blackboxtesting. Based on testing through blackbox testing, it was found that the appeal application for PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang has been running according to its functionality.
