USABILITY TESTING PADA APLIKASI SISTEM INFORMASI PELAYANAN LANGGANAN (SIPL) METER PERUMDA TIRTA MUSI PALEMBANG MENGGUNAKAN METODE USE QUESTIONNAIRE
Meter Subscription Service Information System (SIPL) is an information system application used by employees of the Service and Reading Meter section at Tirta Musi Palembang. Based on observation, indications of weaknesses were found in terms of the usefulness of SIPL Meter, it still uses a simple interface and there are errors in running system. After interviews, SIPL meter has never tested the usability aspect, so it is necessary to measure of usability to find out whether these weaknesses affect to user usability of processing system. Evaluation of the level of usability was carried out using Use Questionnaire method to measure aspects of Usability, Ease of Use, Ease of Learning, and Satisfaction. Data collection activities were carried out by distributing questionnaires to all employees of the Service and Reading Meter section Tirta Musi Palembang. Based on the measurement of the usability aspect, the results obtained were usefullness got very useful results with 86.96%, Ease of Use got very useful results with 84.02%, Ease of Learning got very useful results with 86.43%, and Satisfaction got very useful results with 85.10%. Overall it has a percentage of 85.38% with a very useful value, meaning that the SIPL Meter is very usable.
