Background: Data from the International Labor Organization (ILO) (2013), every year around two million workers experience work accidents due to fatigue. Meanwhile, more than 65% of workers in Indonesia come to polyclinics because they are tired from work. Method: Analytical observational research with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used a total sampling technique involving 21 general dentists as research subjects. Data collection was carried out using the Subjective Self Rating Test (SSRT) questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U Test. Results: There were 81% of research subjects experiencing low levels of subjective work fatigue and 19% of research subjects experiencing moderate levels of subjective work fatigue. However, there was no significant effect of the working hours duration on the level of subjective work fatigue (p=0.172) and there was no significant effect of workload on the level of subjective work fatigue (p=0.135). Conclusion: The working hours duration and workload do not influence the level of subjective work fatigue in general dentists at RSKGM South Sumatra Province.
