PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA BUKU BERGAMBAR UNTUK MENSTIMULASI KEMAMPUAN BERHITUNG ANAK USIA DINI DI TK NEGERI 1 GELUMBANG
This research aims to develop teaching materials in the form of picture books to stimulate early childhood numeracy skills that are valid and practical. This research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Rowntree model combined with a modified Tessmer formative evaluation. Data collection and analysis techniques in this research used walkthroughs and observations. At the expert review stage, the validation results by material experts were 96% very valid, the validation results by media experts were 98% very valid and the validation results by learning design experts were 80% valid. The average result of the three validations from material, media and learning design experts is 91% or can be declared very valid. At the one-to- one evaluation stage with a total of 3 children, observation results of 87% were very practical, while at the small group evaluation stage with a total of 9 children, observation results of 95% were very practical. The average result from the two observation stages was 91% or it could be said to be very practical. Based on the results of all stages carried out, it can be said that the teaching materials in the form of picture books to stimulate early childhood numeracy skills developed in this research are very valid and practical, so they can be applied and used in the teaching and learning process.
