PENGARUH ELEKTROLIT DAN PELARUT TERHADAP KINERJA BATERAI LiSnO2/LiFePO4 PADA BATERAI ION LITIUM
Electrolyte variations used in LiSnO2/LiFePO4 battery are LiCl and NaNO3 with 2 types of solvents namely H2O and DMSO. This research aims to analyze the results of characterization of LiSnO2/LiFePO4 electrodes and the effect of electrolytes and solvents on the performance of lithium ion battery with LiSnO2/LiFePO4 electrodes. The results of electrode characterization using SEM show that LiSnO2 and LiFePO4 both have a homogeneous morphology which is regular in shape and has porous particles. XRD characterization of LiSnO2 anode showed 12 diffraction peaks at 2θ angles of 19.7⁰ ; 26.30⁰ ; 26.79⁰ ; 34.05⁰ ; 38.24⁰ ; 52.07⁰ ; 55.03⁰ ; 62.08⁰ ; 64.90⁰ ; 66.03⁰ ; 78.8⁰ ; and 83.91⁰ with a crystal size of 25,2 nm, while the LiFePO4 cathode showed four diffraction peaks at 2θ angles of 20.1⁰; 23.4⁰; 32.02⁰; and 64.0⁰ with a crystal size of 1,137 nm. The most stable voltammogram curve results in CV measurements of battery are in the LiCl + H2O electrolyte variation due to the anodic and cathodic peaks that overlap which indicates that stability is formed. The best EIS measurement curve results are found in battery with NaNO3 + DMSO electrolyte variations because they produce smaller resistance values. The best galvanostatic stability curve is obtained in battery using LiCl + DMSO electrolyte variations, this is because the curve formed is an isosceles triangle which indicates that it has a higher efficiency value.
