The problem of unorganized book borrowing in libraries can interfere with the effectiveness of services and collection management. This research analyzes book lending patterns in Sriwijaya University library using Apriori algorithm, which identifies associations and hidden patterns in lending data, with data from 2019 to 2023. The test results show that in 2021 266 rules were formed with the highest confidence of 1,000 and a lift of 11,000. 2019 had the highest lift of 131,500, 2020 with 84,889, 2022 with 15,000, and 2023 with a lift of 63,240 and the lowest confidence of 0,900. This research provides insight to improve the management of collections and library services at Sriwijaya University.
