PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN MOTORIK HALUS MELALUI KEGIATAN IKAT CELUP PADA ANAK KELOMPOK A DI TK NEGERI PEMBINA 1 PALEMBANG
This research aims to improve the fine motor skills of group A children through tie-dye activities. The type of research is classroom action research. The research was motivated by the low maturity of children's fine motor skills. So the researchers implemented tie dyeing activities. Based on the results of observations made in the pre-cycle, it was found that there were 3 children in the Not Yet Developing category (20%), 8 children in the Starting to Develop (MB) category (53%), while in the Developing According to Expectations category there were 4 children (27%). The research was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle held 5 meetings using the Kemmis Mc Taggart model, in the cycle there was a planning stage, an action stage and a reflection stage. The subjects used were group A children using a purposive sampling technique because group A children still needed to improve their fine motor skills. The data collection technique is observation using a checklist sheet. Based on the results of fine motor skills data analysis, there were: in cycle 1 there were 5 children in the BSH category (33%) and in cycle II there were 12 children in the BSH category (80%) and there were 3 children in the BSB category (20%). It can be said that there was an increase in fine motor skills, from cycle I to cycle II as many as 7 children were in the BSH category (44%). Therefore, researchers used 3 indicators to improve fine motor skills in group A children at the Pembina 1 Palembang State Kindergarten.
