This research aims to determine the perfume formulation from essential oils of sweet orange peel, ylang ylang flowers and clove leaves on perfume quality. Isolate the essential oils of sweet orange peel, ylang ylang flowers, and clove leaves using steam distillation. The yield of each essential oil obtained in this research was sweet orange peel oil which was 0,25%, ylang ylang flower oil was 0.59% and clove leaf oil was 0,23%. Perfume is made into three formulations with different concentrations of essential oils and ethanol 96%. The results of organoleptic observations of the three formulations have a clear yellow color, are homogeneous, free from particles and have a distinctive aroma of orange, ylang-ylang and cloves and meet the requirements of SNI 16-4949-1998. The specific gravity of formulation 1 is 1,02, formulation 2 is 1,03 and formulation 3 is 1,05. All three formulations showed no staining at the 5th hour and could maintain the aroma for 16-18 hours. The hedonic test results showed that formulation 2 was the most preferred formulation by panelists in terms of color with a percentage of 41.7% and in terms of aroma with 63.9%.
