ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPATUHAN PENGGUNAAN OBAT TERHADAP KUALITAS HIDUP PASIEN PENYAKIT JANTUNG KORONER (PJK) DI RSI SITI KHADIJAH KOTA PALEMBANG
Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) is a condition plaque forms in the arteries of the heart which can cause a heart attack. This buildup of plaque in the coronary arteries is called atherosclerosis. This study aims to determine patient demographics and the relationship between the level of compliance and the quality of life of CHD patients at RS Islam Khadijah Palembang. The analytical observational research design used a cross-sectional approach with 40 respondents who met the CHD inclusion criteria. Patient data was collected using the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire and the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-8). The results of the study showed that most of the patients were >66 years old, 22 people (55%), 21 people (52.5%), female, 27 people (67.5%), not working, 34 people (85%). %). %), patients with comorbidities were 36 people (90%). The level of compliance with medication use for CHD patients in this study was mostly in the moderate compliance category, 26 people (65%) with the majority having moderate quality of life, 29 people (72.5%). Based on the output of the kendall's tau-b correlation test, the significance value is 0.31, indicating that there is a significant relationship between the two variables. It can be concluded that adherence to medication use can affect the quality of life of CHD patients
