This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Health and Safety to the employee's performance at Unit of Rollingstock LRT Sumatera Selatan PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divisi Regional III Palembang. The population of the subject in this research are all employees as the author sampling for 40 respondents. The method of data collecting used in this research are questioner. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linier regression analysis. Based on the result of the analysis, it can be assumed that occupational health and safety leaves positive and significant effects on employee's performance Unit of Rollingstock LRT Sumatera Selatan PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divisi Regional III Palembang.
