This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (PERSERO) Martapura Oku Timur. The population in this research are all employees of PT Pos Indonesia (PERSERO) Martapura Oku Timur, totaling 48 employees. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The data used in this research is primary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it shows that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (PERSERO) Martapura Oku Timur.
