This research aims to determine the effect of financial performance on company value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. The population of this research is all companies operating in the food and beverage sub sector listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period, totaling 10 companies using purposive sampling techniques. The collection technique used is literature study and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The data was processed using the statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) version 27 program. The research results show that liquidity, leverage, and profitability have no influence on company value. Dividend policy as a moderating variable is unable to moderate the influence of liquidity, leverage and profitability on company value.
