PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN SINTESA PENINSULA HOTEL PALEMBANG
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employees turnover intention at Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Palembang. This research uses quantitative method. The population in this study is all employees of Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Palembang amounted to 32 people, who are selected as the research sample using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection techniques used are interviews and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS 25 for Windows. The results of the data analysis indicate that: (1) job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention (2) organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.
