This research aims to examine the influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance at PTPN 7 Unit Senabing. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this research was 250 employees. The number of samples was determined using Slovin formula of 161 employees and the sampling technique was simple random sampling. The data used in this research is primary data with collection using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple regression anlysis. The results of this research are that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance.
