ANALISIS USER EXPERIENCE APLIKASI MCDONALD’S DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE USER EXPERIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE (UEQ)
The aim of this research is to identify and analyze user experiences with the McDonald's application. The study utilizes a user experience questionnaire approach, wherein researchers conducted a survey by disseminating questionnaires to online audiences using Google Media Forms, which included tools for asking questions about user experience. To determine the population of McDonald's application users, the Lemeshow formula is used, stating that a minimum of 96 respondents should be used as samples. The results of user experience with the McDonald's application are negative in terms of providing an engaging user experience, with values of -0.76 for pragmatic quality, and -0.85 for hedonic quality. Based on this analysis, users do not perceive the quality of user experience as motivating and functional. Therefore, McDonald's application needs to conduct a comprehensive analysis of each rating category and identify the root causes of the issues in the McDonald's application.
