This research aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk. The population in this research was 164 employees using the Cluster Random Sampling Technique which produced 62 samples. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The simple linear regression analysis technique are used in this research as for data analyze. The research results show that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk employees.
