ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUTUSAN TENAGA KERJA DI PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN BEKERJA KELUAR NEGERI (Studi Kasus pada Tenaga Kerja Wanita dan Tenaga Kerja Laki – laki)
This study aims to analyze the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT), Average Years of Schooling (RTLS), and Age Against Female and Male Labor Migration. The data used are time series data from 2017 to 2022 and cross section data in South Sumatra Province using the panel data regression method. Based on the results of the Chow test, Hausman test, Lagrage Multiplier test, the model used in this study is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). This research method uses a quantitative approach with panel data regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that Open Unemployment Rate has a negative and significant relationship with Female Labor Migration and Male Labor Migration, Average Years of Schooling has a negative and significant relationship with Female Labor Migration, Average Years of Schooling has a negative and insignificant relationship with Male Labor Migration, and Age has a negative and insignificant relationship with Female Labor Migration and Male Labor Migration.
