This research aims to examine and determine the influence of the elasticity of regional taxes and levies on fiscal independence in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data for the 2018-2022 period obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and also the Financial Services Authority (OJK) . The analytical method used is panel data with the help of the E-views 9 program. The results of this research show that the Tax Elasticity variable has a significant effect on Fiscal Independence in Indonesia, while the Regional Retribution variable has a significant effect on Fiscal Independence in Indonesian.
