PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PDAM TIRTA MUSI PALEMBANG (PERUMDA) UNIT PELAYANAN KALIDONI
The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance at the PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang (Perumda) Kalidoni Service Unit. The sample was taken using a saturated sampling technique, namely all employees at the Kalidoni Perumda Tirta Musi Palembang Service Unit Office, totaling 39 respondents. This research uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and processed using multiple linear regression analysis method. Based on the results of the hypothesis, it was concluded that partially job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance, while work motivation had no significant effect on employee performance. However, simultaneously job satisfaction and work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance at the PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang (Perumda) Kalidoni Service Unit.
