An organization can overcome increasingly fierce competition by using information technology. An organization can be better in carrying out all its operational activities if it can take advantage of technological advantages. The CISEA application is an application used by companies as a medium for employee information and communication. Researchers provide user experiences and abilities using the CISEA application. The analysis was carried out using a method, namely the user experience aspect using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method and the Usability aspect using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results of measuring usability using the SUS test given to 30 respondents showed that the average SUS score reached 82.5, meaning that the CISEA application was in the "very good" category with a grade score of "B" which stated that the CISEA application was acceptable to users. The results for 30 respondents with the six measuring elements of the UEQ questionnaire, which include the attractiveness of the aspect (Attractiveness) received an average score of 1.22 giving a positive/good score, the perception aspect (Clarity) got a score of 1.26 giving a positive/good score, the efficiency aspect received a value of 1.18 giving a positive/good value, the dependency aspect received a value of 0.96 giving a positive/good value, the stimulation aspect received a value of 0.82 giving a positive or good value and the innovative element (novelty) getting a score of 0.89 gives a positive/good score.
