ANALISIS KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUSKESMAS SEKIP KOTA PALEMBANG DENGAN METODE IMPORTANCE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS (IPA)
This research aims to identify the existing conditions of service quality at the Sekip Community Health Center during the survey period and what indicators in the service quality dimension are priorities for improvement at the Sekip Community Health Center, Palembang City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with primary and secondary data obtained from patient survey results and Sekip Health Center data. The sample obtained used a probability sampling technique with a type of systematic random sampling, that is, the probability of sampling is not the same regardless of the similarity of the frequency of each member of the population. This hypothesis is tested by calculating the GAP from Service Quality and is accumulated and displayed in an Importance Performance Analysis diagram. The results of this study show that the average value of patient reality (X-axis) is 4.39 and expectations (Y-axis) is 4.09. The results of the research also show that the condition of service quality at the Sekip Community Health Center during the survey period still contained several attributes that were priorities for improvement, namely attributes in quadrant 1, including attributes 1 1,6,8,9,15,17, namely supporting services such as prayer room, officers who try to get to know them, give greetings, complete information in brochures/media, officers who can provide information about services and there is a complaint center or customer service.
