This study aims to determine the effect of physical work environment and teacher competence on teacher performance at the Tanjung Batu Elementary School, Tanjung Atap Village. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study amounted to 38 teachers and used a saturated sampling method by taking all populations into respondentS. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the physical work environment does not have a significant effect on teacher performance, teacher competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.
