PENGARUH TINGKAT KEMATANGAN SISTEM TERHADAP NIAT PENGGUNAAN KEBERLANJUTAN APLIKASI SRIKANDI
The Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) in Indonesia is currently an answer to the public’s need for a government system with more modern, open and efficient public services. The SRIKANDI application is one of the government's manifestations in implementing SPBE in Indonesia, especially in the field of archiving letters between government agencies. System maturity is an important factor to determine how the utilization of an application system in supporting the performance of an institution, especially when viewed in terms of user intent. This research uses the theory of the United Nation Maturity Model and the Expectation Confirmation Model. The United Nation Maturity Model is a theory used by the United Nations to assess public service delivery based on four factors, namely Emerging, Enhanced, Transactional, Connected. The Expectation Confirmation Model is a theory for examining the intention to use the sustainability of a system consisting of four factors, namely Perceived Usefulness, Confirmation, Satisfaction, and IS Continuance Intention.
