ANALISIS FAKTOR – FAKTOR DOMINAN PENERIMAAN MEDIA SOSIAL PEMERINTAH PADA MASYARAKAT PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE UTAUT 2 ( STUDI KASUS INSTAGRAM BADAN PENDAPATAN DAERAH SUMATERA SELATAN @BAPENDA_SUMSEL )
The internet has revolutionized the way we communicate. In this internet era, people from all over the world can interact online quickly and inexpensively through various social media platforms such as Whatsapp, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. These social media platforms are not only used by individuals but also by various government Agencies, including the Regional Revenue Agency of South Sumatra Province (BAPENDA SUMSEL). Although BAPENDA SUMSEL uses Instagram to disseminate information and communicate with the people of South Sumatra, research shows that the account has not yet achieved the expected level of interaction as a communication tool between the government and the public. Many posts receive few comments and likes, and some receive no interaction at all. Therefore, research is important to understand the main factors that can influence the public's acceptance of government-owned social media. This study uses the UTAUT 2 method with a sample of 135 followers of the @bapenda_sumsel Instagram account. The collected data is then analyzed using SmartPLS. The results show that Behavioral Intention significantly influences Use Behavior, While Habit, Hedonic Motivation, and Effort Expectancy significantly influence behavioral Intention. Additionally, Gender also significantly influences Social Influence and Hedonic Motivation towards Behavioral Intention
