MODIFIKASI DAN ANALISIS SKEMA IMPROVED PEMBIAYAAN LAYANAN INFORMASI HETEROGENOUS CUSTOMER SELF-SELECTION BERBASIS FUNGSI UTILITAS LEONTIEF
This research aims to obtain the optimal price of a modified customer self-selection-based information service financing scheme. Using three financing schemes namely flat fee, usage-based, and two-part tariff based on customer preference with the addition of marginal costs, and monitoring costs and taking into account the quality of services provided based on the Leontief utility function. This research will use optimization solution with bundling, and differential solution with the addition of consumer buying interest and payment options on the modified financing scheme. Data is obtained from a local server in Palembang atilibrium traffic which is divided into data during peak hours, and data during off-peak hours. The optimal solution obtained by solving optimization using usage-based financing scheme and two-part tariff is Rp. 7,299.80 per kbps while differentially obtained optimal solution using flat fee scheme is Rp. 11.74840 per kbps.
