This research aims to prove the effect of using e-wallets on the interest in saving of economic education students who receive scholarships from the class of 2021 and 2022 at Sriwijaya University. This research is quantitative research with a causal associative type of research. The population of this research is Economic Education students receiving scholarships for the Class of 2021 and 2020, totaling 61 students. Sampling in this study used a saturated sample where each member of the population was sampled with a relatively small population, namely 61 students. Data collection techniques include questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Test the validity of the instrument using the product moment correlation formula and reliability using the Alpha Cronbach formula. The results of the research show that the e-wallet usage data obtained is in the very high category with an average percentage of 86% and data on interest in saving is also in the high category with an average percentage of 85%. Data analysis using the t test shows that t_count = 3.957 while t_table = 1.671, meaning 3.957 ≥ 1.671, so H_0 is rejected. H_a is accepted. It can be concluded that there is an influence of using e-wallets on the interest in saving for Economic Education students who receive scholarships from Class 2021 and 2022 at Sriwijaya University.
