PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PREDICT OBSERVER EXPLAIN (POE) TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK KELAS XII PADA MATA PELAJARAN AKUNTANSI DI SMK PERBANKAN ALUMNIKA PALEMBANG
This research aims to prove the influence of the Predict Observer Explain (POE) learning model on students' learning motivation in the Class XII Accounting subject at Alumnika Banking Vocational School, Palembang. This research is a type of quantitative experimental research with a Pre-Experimental Design research design in the form of One Group Pre-test–Post-test Design. The population in this study were all class XII students at the Alumnika Palembang Banking Vocational School. The sample uses the purposive Sampling technique. The data collection techniques used are observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using hypothesis of paired sample t-test. The results of hypothesis testing using the paired sample t-test show that the value of Tcount ≥ Ttable is 9,698 ≥ 1,6895, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the POE learning model on students' learning motivation at Alumnika Palembang Banking Vocational School so that the use of the POE learning model is highly recommended. Having motivation to learn can foster enthusiasm in participating in learning activities so that learning success increases.
