Body image is an assessment or perception of adolescents towards their body shape. Adolescent girls who have a negative body image will make it difficult for them to accept themselves. This study aims to determine the relationship between body image and self-acceptance in adolescent girls at SMA Negeri 2 Indralaya Utara. The type of approach used in this research is using a correlational approach. The subjects in this study were female adolescents in class XI at SMA Negeri 2 Indralaya Utara, totaling 42 students. Data collection in this study was carried out using body image and self-acceptance scales. Data analysis was carried out using Spearman Rank correlation. Based on the results of data analysis that has been done, it is known that the level of body image of adolescent girls is in the low category as many as 14 students with a percentage of 33%. The level of self-acceptance of adolescent girls is also in the low category as many as 14 students with a percentage of 33%. The correlation test results in this study were 0.553. This means that there is a positive relationship between body image and self-acceptance in adolescent girls at SMA Negeri 2 Indralaya Utara, namely the higher the body image, the higher the self-acceptance and vice versa if the body image is low then the self-acceptance is also low.
