The objective condition of the quality of education in Jambi Province still has many weaknesses that must be improved and has different levels in each region, so it is necessary to group regions in Jambi Province based on education indicators for primary, middle, and higher education levels. The purpose is to obtain similar characteristics of regional groups in Jambi Province for primary, middle, and higher education levels. The method applied is the multivariate Based-Clustering t model Integrated Completed Likelihood (ICL) criteria. Data on education indicators analyzed include Gross Enrolment Ratio (GER), Age Specific Enrolment (ASER), Net Enrolment Rate (NER), Illiteracy Rate, and Average Years of Study sourced from BPS Jambi Province publications. The results showed that at the primary education level it produced one regional group, at the middle and higher education levels it produced two regional groups. Based on the results of the average difference test with Manova, there are differences between the regional groups formed. The average value of indicators for each regional group for all education levels is higher than the average value for Indonesia. Regional groups at the primary education level have no significant differences in characteristics. Regional groups at middle and higher education levels with high indicator values are characterized by good educational accessibility. Regional groups with low indicator values have poor accessibility.
