Background: Computer Vision Syndrome is a collection of eye and vision symptoms caused by the use of computers, tablets, smartphones, and laptops with long duration and close viewing distances. Long screen time and close visibility in using digital devices are increasing among students, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic for learning purposes, triggering CVS symptoms. This study aims to determine the relationship between screen time and visibility with the incidence of Computer Vision Syndrome among Undergraduate Medical Students of Sriwijaya University. Methods: This research is an observational analytic research with a cross-sectional study design. Data were collected through questionnaires with consecutive sampling techniques and a total sample of 102 students who met the inclusion criteria and did not meet the exclusion criteria. Data analysis was performed with the Chi-Square test. Results: Of the 102 subjects, 81 CVS subjects (79.4%) and 21 Non CVS subjects (20.6%) were obtained. The variables of continuous screen time and the use of viewing aids were not significantly associated with the incidence of CVS (p=0.686; PR=1.375, p=0.116; PR=2.5), while the variables of total screen time and visibility not associated and not significant with the incidence of CVS (p=0.436; PR=0.600, p=0.931; PR=0.849). Conclusion: Continuous screen time and the use of viewing aids are associated and not significant with the incidence of CVS, while total screen time and visibility are not associated and not significant with the incidence of CVS among Undergraduate Medical Students of Sriwijaya University. Keywords: Computer Vision Syndrome, Screen Time, Visibility
