This study aims to obtain a probit regression model of the incidence of stunting toddlers and factors that significantly affect the incidence of stunting toddlers in Lembak District. The method used is probit Regression Analysis. The data analyzed were sourced from documentation from the Lembak Health Center and interviews with mothers of toddlers. The dependent variables, and Mother's Education Level (X_1), Mother's Height (X_2), Number of Family Member (X_3), Economic Status (X_4), Clean Water Condition (X_5), Consumption of Blood Enhancer Pills (X_6), History of Pregnancy Disease (X_7), Birth Weight (X_8), Weight (X_9), and Baby's Current Height (X_10), Baby's Head Circumference (X_11), Breastfeeding (X_12), and MPASI (X_13), Posyandu Monitoring (X_14), and Baby Food Habits(X_15). The results showed that the probit regression model obtained was for the incidence of stunting toddlers, namely P(Y = 1) = [-3,704 + 2,206(X7) + 0,831(X9) + 1,132(X15)] with significant independent variables, namely the variables History of Disease in Pregnancy (X_7), Current Weight (X_9), and Consumption of Eating-Instant Food (X_15). Pseudo value R2 by 16,7%, which means that the independent variable contained in the model can explain 16,7%. While the rest is explained by other independent variables that are not contained in the model. The regression model has a accuracy value of 95,15%, which means that the model has to predict factors that significantly affect the incidence of stunting toddlers.
