Background: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is a complex autoimmune disease that can attack various organ systems in the body. SLE disease occurs due to the formation of autoantibodies which provide an excessive response resulting in the formation of immune complexes. Disease activity in SLE patients can be seen from the severity of the disease. The severity of the disease can be influenced by the amount of organ damage that occurs in SLE patients. Method: This research is an analytical observational research study with a cross sectional research design. This research was used to determine the correlation between FSS and the activities of outpatient SLE patients at RSMH using two questionnaires, namely the FSS and MEX-SLEDAI questionnaires. Research and data collection was carried out in August 2023 – September 2023 at the Outpatient Installation and Medical Records Installation at RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang, totaling 133 patients. Results: Characteristics of outpatient SLE patients in the internal medicine department of RSUP dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang based on age 16-55 years (97.5%), female (100%), high school education (75%), working (50%), long illness 1-5 years (57.5%). Fatigue severity scale in outpatient SLE patients at the internal medicine department of RSUP dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang in the category of suffering from fatigue (57.5%). SLE disease activity in outpatients at the internal medicine department of RSUP dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang in the moderate activity category (90%). There is no correlation between the fatigue severity scale and the activity of outpatient SLE patients in the internal medicine department of RSUP dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang (p>0.05). Conclusion: There is no correlation between the fatigue severity scale and the activity of outpatient SLE patients in the internal medicine department of RSUP dr.
