This research aims to improve children's discipline through the application of behavioral contracts techniques at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Seri Kembang Kindergarten. The type of research used is classroom action research. The data collection technique uses observation which will then be analyzed using percentages. The results obtained were that in observation cycle 1, in the aspect of complying with agreed regulations, the average was 47%, an increase in cycle 2 was 53%, become 93.33%. In the aspect of dressing neatly in cycle 1, the average was 87%, an increase in second cycle observations were 13%, become 96.67%. In the aspect of suitability of observation time for cycle I, the average was 93%, an increase in observation cycle II of 7%, become 100%. In the aspect of orderly behavior in cycle I observations, the average was 81%, an increase in observation cycle II of 19%, become 100%. So it can be concluded that the behavioral contract technique can improve children's discipline at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Seri Kembang Kindergarten.
