The aim of this research is to determine the effect of exercisesit up to ability heading on a futsal game club Academy Bigreds Palembang. The type of research used isas if experimental. The method used in this research is method pretest posstest one groups namely an experiment carried out without a comparison class and an initial test carried out before being given trainingsit up and a final test was carried out after being given practice. The population in this study was 30 people, the sampling technique used techniques total sampling that is, the entire population was used as a sample, totaling 30 athletes from the Bigreds Palembang Academy. This research was conducted at the Futsal Academy Bigreds Palembang field. This research was conducted during 18 face-to-face meetings and 3 meetings a week. Based on the results of statistical calculations "t test" the result was 27.13 while ttablenamely 1.69 obtained from the T distribution table with dk (30-1) = 29 95% confidence level (α=0.05), listed in the table. Hypothesis testing criteria accept Ha if Tcount> Ttable(1- α), and reject H0 if Tcount< Ttable(1- α), because Tcount(27,13) > Ttable (1.69) then there is a significant difference betweenpost test andpretest, Thus, hypothesis H0 rejected and hypothesis Ha accepted. H Statementa namely “There is an effect of practicesit up to the resultsheading at the futsal game atclub Academy Bigreds Palembang”.
