Neck pain is a common condition that occurs all over the world. Almost every human being has experienced neck pain in their lifetime, and the prevalence in each country varies. Neck pain is a musculoskeletal disorder that can occur due to various factors, one of which is playing games for a long time. One intervention that is often used to treat musculoskeletal disorders such as neck pain is muscle stretching exercises. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the duration of playing video games and muscle stretching exercises with neck pain complaints in FK PSPD students of Sriwijaya University class of 2021. This study is an observational analytic research with a cross-sectional study design. This study uses primary data derived from filling out questionnaires via google form. The sampling process using total sampling technique was carried out on the population of FK FK PSPD students of Sriwijaya University batch 2021 from November-December 2023. In this study, the Chi-Square test was used for bivariate analysis and it was found that the duration of playing video games and neck pain complaints did not have a significant relationship with p=0.882 (> 0.05) and there was no significant relationship between muscle stretching exercises and neck pain complaints with p=0.070 (> 0.05). Base on the results, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between the duration of playing video games and muscle stretching exercises with neck pain complaints in FK PSPD students of Sriwijaya University batch 2021.
