This research is entitled "E-Module Based Development Case Based Learning Using the Caliber Application in Material on the Japanese Occupation in Indonesia in History Subjects at SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang". This research was carried out and implemented in class XI Science 2 at SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. The problem formulation in this research is how to develop electronic modules based on learning methods case based learning in class XI history subjects with valid and effective material on the Japanese occupation of Indonesia. The aim of this research is to develop an electronic-based module case based learning valid, then to see the effectiveness of using electronic modules created in learning activities. The development model used in this research is a model Rowntree with tessmer formative evaluation which consists of planning, development and evaluation. In assessing the feasibility of developing electronic modules carried out by researchers, validation testing was carried out by three experts including material experts, media experts and grammar experts. From the results of the material test, a score of 4.7 was obtained in the very valid category, a score of 4.4 in the very valid category in the media test, and a score of 4.1 in the valid category in the grammar test. Then the effectiveness of using electronic modules can be seen from the value result pre-test and also post-test students who succeeded showed an increase of 50.5% with an n-gain index of 0.80, this shows that in electronic modules based on case based learning This material on the Japanese occupation of Indonesia is valid and effective
