HUBUNGAN ANTARA KONFORMITAS DENGAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR PADA MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN EKONOMI FKIP UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA TAHUN AKADEMIK 2020 – 2022
This study aims to prove the relationship between conformity and learning motivation in Economics Education students at FKIP Sriwijaya University in 2020-2022 Academic Year. This research is associative quantitative research with a correlation approach method. The population in this research is all Economic Education students in 2020-2022 Academic Year at FKIP Sriwijaya University . The sampling technique used was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis techniques for conformity and learning motivation were obtained from research questionnaire scores. The research hypothesis was calculated using the pearson product moment formula with the results of the tcount > ttable , namely 0.7217 > 0.1582, meaning that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. So it is concluded that there is a relationship between conformity and learning motivation in Economics Education students at FKIP Sriwijaya University for the 2020-2022 Academic Year. Based on this research, it is hoped that Sriwijaya University FKIP Economics Education students can improve their ability to conform the learning environment, so it can increase learning motivation for the better Keywords : Conformity, Learning Motivation
