This study aims to determine the relationship between self esteem and career maturity in students at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara. This study uses quantitative research correlational method. The population in this study were all grade XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara, totaling 150 students and the research sample amounted to 60 students using the slovin formula. The sampling used is the Simple Random Sampling technique using the help of a spin wheel. The results showed that the level of self esteem of students was in the moderate category with a percentage of 38% (23 students) and the level of career maturity of students was in the moderate category with a percentage of 40% (24 students). Then the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.292 and sig (2-tailed) 0.023 or > 0.05 which means there is a significant positive relationship between self esteem and career maturity. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between self esteem and career maturity in students at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara. Keywords: Self Esteem;Career Maturity.
