Backgrounds. Luminal B molecular type breast carcinoma is characterized by ER+, PR+, HER2+/- with high Ki-67 (>20%). The clinicopathological characteristics of luminal B invasive breast carcinoma of no special type varied, from age, menopausal status, parity, and histopathology grade. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between clinicopathological characteristics with luminal B invasive breast carcinoma of no special type patients. Methods. This research is a cross-sectional study using primary data in the form of interviews to obtain menopausal and parity status and secondary data in the form of medical record to obtain age and histopathology grade of luminal B invasive breast carcinoma of no special type patients. Data analysis was performed descriptively and analytically using chi-square. Results. The most clinicopathological characteristics were found in the age of 40 – 49 years, non-menopausal, multiparous, and had histopathology grade of 3. There was a significant relationship between non-menopausal status and there was a non-significant relationship between age, nulliparous status, and histopathology degree to luminal B invasive breast carcinoma of no special type. Conclusion. Luminal B invasive breast carcinoma of no special type is at risk of occurring in patients with non-menopausal status.
