This research developed application-based animated video learning media on the sub-theme of the importance of healthy food for the body for class V SD Negeri 141 Palembang with the aim of describing the level of validity and practicality of the media developed. This research uses R&D (Research and Development) research by applying the ADDIE model, which involves the stages of Analysis, Design, Development and Implementation. The media expert validation results were 95% in the very valid category. The material expert validation results were 98% in the very valid category, the practitioner expert validation results were 98.4% in the very valid category. The trial results in the small group reached 96.6%, in the very practical category. The results of the large group trial reached 97.2% in the very practical category. Based on these results, animated video learning media based on the Canva application with the sub-theme of the importance of healthy food for the body is feasible and practical to use in learning. Furthermore, this media can be used in elementary school learning on the sub-theme of the importance of healthy food for the body.
