Many teenage emotional issues manifest during adolescent development as feelings of emotional disturbance, irritation, or internal and external conflicts. Teenagers today need to be able to adjust, act morally, and handle pressures and difficulties because life isn't easy for humans and there will always be difficulties and tests. This demonstrates the connection between psychological flexibility and adaptability, as well as the pressing need for both in order to attain mental health and support productive behavior in daily life. In order to ascertain the psychological flexibility profile of students, this study combines quantitative research with a descriptive analysis methodology. 508 students from classes X and XI of SMK Negeri 2 Palembang made up the study population. 224 students made up the sample according to the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Using a Google Form, a survey with a flexibility scale instrument of thirty statement items was used to collect data. Researchers separated the data from the psychological flexibility assessment into five groups. According to the results, 83 students, or 37.05% of the total, are at the "Moderate" level of psychological flexibility, while 67 students, or 29.91% of the total, are at the "High" level, 49 students, or 21.8% of the total, are in third place at the "Low" psychological flexibility level; 18 students are in second place at 8.04% at the "Very Low" psychological flexibility level; and 6 students are in last place at 3.13% at the "Very High" psychological flexibility level. It is anticipated that the study's findings will help schools determine kids' psychological flexibility levels so that they may work with all school staff to plan and support students' psychological flexibility growth.
