Background: Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) is a leukemia subtype, accounts for 15% of adult leukemia. CML progression occurs in chronic, accelerated, and blast phases. Common clinical manifestations include anemia, splenomegaly, and other symptoms such as fatigue, weight loss, etc. In cases suspected of CML, a complete blood count is the initial examination. Diagnostic confirmation then achieved through the identification of the breakpoint cluster region Abelson (BCR-ABL1). Despite its crucial role, qualitative and quantitative BCR-ABL1 examinations incur relatively high costs. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the phases of CML and qualitative BCR-ABL1, quantitative BCR-ABL1, clinical presentations, and hematologic laboratory parameters in adult CML patients. Methods: This study is an analytical observational study with a cross-sectional design. The sample was the inpatient medical records of adult CML patients at Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Hospital Palembang January 2019-June 2023 which met the inclusion criteria and were devoid of exclusion criteria. Sampling were conducted through total sampling. The data were analyzed using SPSS V22. Results: Among the 95 samples, there were 80 CML patients in chronic phase and 15 patients in accelerated-blast phase. The results of this study indicate a significant difference between qualitative BCR-ABL1 and the CML phase (p
