This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method through a fitness test administered to grade VI students at SD Negeri 112 Palembang. This research aims to determine the physical condition of students in the pencak silat sport using the help of an application for students at SD Negeri 112 Palembang. The dominant components of physical condition in the sport of pencak silat are strength, speed, agility, flexibility and endurance. The subjects in this research were 30 students, consisting of 11 male students and 19 female students. Data collection was carried out using the following test instruments: strength component using the sit-up test, speed test using the 30 meter running test, agility test using the agility t-test, flexibility test using the sit and reach test, and endurance test using the bleep test test. The data obtained were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the research showed that the results of the physical condition test for strength were in the poor category, speed was in the very poor category, agility was in the sufficient category, flexibility was in the very poor category, and endurance was in the very poor category. So it can be concluded that the average score for the physical condition of class VI students at SD Negeri 112 Palembang is in the very poor category. The findings in this research are that the physical condition of students at SD Negeri 112 Palembang is in the very poor category, so it can be concluded that the average physical condition of class VI students at SD Negeri 112 is in the very poor category.
