Background. Multi Drug Resistant-TB (MDR-TB) is a condition where there is resistance to isoniazid (H) and rifampicin (R) simultaneously, with or without subsequent resistance to other first-line OAT. In 2021, WHO recorded around 450,000 MDR-TB cases in the world with a mortality rate of 191,000 cases. In Indonesia, there are about 28,000 cases of MDR-TB. This needs to receive great attention in the TB control program because MDR-TB cases are difficult to treat. This study aims to determine the description of adult multi drug resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) patients at Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Hospital Palembang. Methods. This research is a descriptive observational cross-sectional study adopted in this study. The data of this study were collected through secondary data in the form of patient medical records in the Medical Record Installation of Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Hospital Palembang. A total of 67 samples were found and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results.
