HUBUNGAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DENGAN SELF REGULATED LEARNING PADA MAHASISWA YANG BEKERJA
This research aims to find out whether there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and self-regulated learning in working students. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and self-regulated learning in working students. This research used 110 working students as respondents for data collection, and 35 working students for testing. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The measuring instruments used are the emotional intelligence scale referring to the dimensions of Salovey and Mayer (1997) and the self-regulated learning scale referring to aspects according to Zimmerman (1990).
