PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN PENILAIAN HOTS BERBANTUAN PLATFORM WORDWALL PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPA KELAS IV SD NEGERI 168 PALEMBANG
This research aims to produce a product, determine the validity, practicality, validity, and reliability of the questions from the development of the Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) instrument assisted by the Wordwall platform in the fourth-grade Science subject at State Elementary School 168 Palembang. The research employs the research and development method with the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The study undergoes validation by question experts, media experts, and practitioners. The research trial involves 23 students divided into two stages: a small group trial with 9 students and a large group trial with 14 students. The validation results by question experts show a percentage of 93%, categorized as very valid. The validation results by media experts indicate a percentage of 94%, categorized as very valid. The validation results by practitioners show a percentage of 100%, categorized as very valid. The recapitulation of validation results by question experts, media experts, and practitioners is 95%, categorized as very valid. In the field trial for question validity, the results show that in Chapter 1 and Chapter 2, there are 2 invalid questions, in Chapter 3, there are 5 invalid questions, and in Chapter 4, there are 4 invalid questions. In the reliability trial, Chapter 1 obtains a result of 0.833, categorized as very high, Chapter 2 obtains a result of 0.757, categorized as high, Chapter 3 obtains a result of 0.811, categorized as very high, and Chapter 4 obtains a result of 0.843, categorized as very high. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the developed HOTS question instrument is valid, practical, reliable, and can be used to measure critical thinking skills in the Science subject.
