Background: Colitis is an inflammatory condition that occurs in the mucosa or submucosa of the colon and can be acute or chronic. The initial survey results of the study found many patients suffering from colitis such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn's Disease, and radiation colitis at the Pathology Anatomy Laboratory of Dr. Moh. The data was presented descriptively in the form of frequency tables and narratives. Results: The incidence of chronic colitis in 2020 was 1.8%, 1.9% in 2021, and 2.3% in 2022.
