HUBUNGAN SISTEM PELAYANAN PRIMA, MUTU PELAYANAN KESEHATAN, DAN FASILITAS TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN RAWAT INAP BPJS KELAS 1 DI RUMAH SAKIT BHAYANGKARA PALEMBANG
Introduction: Health services are a very important thing in every citizen’s life. Health services aim to meet the community needs in getting access to good services in health facilities. In providing health services, hospitals serve all types of patients, one of which is BPJS patients. Based on the results of BPJS Health survey 2021, patient satisfaction with BPJS participants at Follow-up Referral Health Facilities or Hospitals was 87.6%. Several factors that can influence health services on BPJS patient satisfaction, are excellent service, quality of health services, and facilities provided by hospitals. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between excellent service system, quality of health services, and facilities on the satisfaction of class 1 BPJS inpatients at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang. Method: This type of research is observational analytical research with a cross sectional design. The sample in this study were inpatients of BPJS class 1 at Bhayangkara Hospital who met the inclusion criteria. The sample in this study was 63 people using the proportional random sampling. Results: There is a significant relationship between excellent service, quality of health services, and facilities with inpatient satisfaction of BPJS class 1 at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang. Conclusion: The excellent service, quality of health services, and facilities are related to inpatients satisfaction of BPJS class 1 at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang.
